Method to Remove Auto Shortcut Virus From Flash Drive

Removing shortcut viruses from Flash Drive

Many people in LBs and Social media suffering from virus. Among these

the virus like .lnk which turns all files in a flash drive into shortcut. As Like shown below:

To remove this virus please don't worry, i have show it how to remove?

You need virus infected flash drive with a desktop or a laptop.

1.Turn on The laptop and insert the infected flash drive on it.

Just open the pen drive (not files, if files open your laptop will also infected),

 you see only the short- cut files not your original files.

2.Open the command window.

To open command window simply press window+R and type cmd 

and press enter then you got it.

 3.You need to identify the Drive letter of flash drive.

For this simple open my computer and see the letter. As in example letter is  "G:"

4. Now in command window type:

attrib -h -r- s /s /d G: \ *. *   and press enter. Where G: stands for drive letter,

you have to change it with accordance.

 It takes certain time and again return to c:\users\Admin>   

(As previous line), then your flash  drive is free of shortcut virus. 

If not happen repeat the cmd again then it is damn sure you are free of shortcut virus.

5. If unwanted shortcut files appear again then delete 

them manually, these files are easily deleted and

 your files are not loosed.
